The ProClima Solitex Mento Plus roof weather resistive membrane offers the ultimate weather and condensation protection for your roof and can also be used beneath slate, tile and metal roofing materials.
The long term strength and durability is a key feature of the ProClima Solitex Mento Plus weather resistive membrane and being a Class 4 vapour permeable building membrane, it also provides added protection to your building envelope during construction with excellent UV resistance.
Suitable for use in BAL rated areas of 12.5-40, this permeable and pliable weather resistive roof membrane forms an integral component of a complete weather resistant barrier system.
Available in Rolls 1500mm x 50m and 3000mm x 50m
